When we aspire to fight a pandemic such as the Corona-virus (covid-19) outbreak, we need to think global and work together BEFORE there is an outbreak.
Yet in Europe, even during an outbreak, there is no integrated approach. Time to reconsider and extend an executive mandate to the EU?
